I keep making commitments and coming up with wild ideas to get fit. Staying motivated is the issue. I've found what looks like an awesome 6 week "walk yourself into shape" plan. It looks pretty do-able. I'm borrowing a 3lb weight, buying a new stability ball and getting started! Day one will be on Saturday - after I get my personal health profile done. I'm not just working on weight but overall feeling more healthy. This saturday I will post the ever-dreaded... body fat percentage (ugh) and then we'll see how far I get in 6 weeks.
That doesn't mean I'm doing nothing between now and then. I believe a multitude of daily tasks can contribute to fitness. Tonight I spent an hour cleaning an office building (my part-time job). Trust me - I worked up a sweat.
Tomorrow's goal: get up early and go for a brisk 20 minute walk before getting ready for work...
